Monday, November 16, 2015. BMG: A 40-year-old carpenter of Benque Viejo town, Edilberto Castellanos, has been arrested and is pending charges of sexual assault after his stepson reported that he touched his private area on several occasions. 
In the company of his mother, the 14-year-old male student told officers that on Saturday morning around 7:30, he was sleeping on the sofa when he was awoken by someone touching his penis and opened his eyes to see a nude Castellanos sitting next to him and touching his own penis with his right hand.
The minor also told police that between the 24th and 31st of October, 2015, Castellanos went into his bedroom while he slept and touched his penis, then gave him five dollars.
