Monday, November 23rd, 2015. BMG: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting sunny skies with cloudy spells today and mostly cloudy skies tonight. A few showers will affect mainly Southern and some coastal areas this morning and Northern as well as inland areas this afternoon. A few showers and periods of light rain will affect mostly the coast tonight.
Winds will be blowing from the North-Northeast at 5-15 knots and the sea state will be choppy.
High temperatures today are expected around 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 91 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 77 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.
A high tide is expected tonight at 7:47 and a low tide this afternoon at 1:32.
The Sun will set at 5:16 this evening.
The extended forecast into tomorrow night calls for cloudy skies with some showers or periods of light rain mostly along the coast.
