Monday, November 23rd, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: Former cashier at James Brodie and Company Limited, 22 year old Alfonso Marin, is free of multiple counts of theft after his old employers dropped the charges against him.
Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser struck out the five counts after being informed of the company’s decision in court this morning.
The resident of Antonio Soberanis Street in the Belama area was accused of theft of $1,063.50 of items from the department store on July 2. These include whey protein, pink shoes, supplement, long brown dress pants, Gillette clear gel deodorant, Hanes briefs, vitamins and Centrum supplement from various sections of the department store.
