Relatively moist conditions exist across the country

Thursday, November 26th, 2015. BMG: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting generally cloudy skies for today and tonight, with some showers or periods of rain occurring over most areas today,radar feature November 26th then decreasing tonight.

Winds will be blowing from the Northeast at 10-20 knots with higher gusts near heavy showers and the sea state will be moderate, becoming locally rough at times. A small craft caution is in effect.

High temperatures today are expected around 84 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 86 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 75 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.

A high tide is expected this morning at 10:45 and a low tide this afternoon at 3:45.

The Sun will set at 5:16 this evening.

The extended forecast into tomorrow night calls for a few showers or periods of rain over moist areas.
