Russell Hyde Junior, 18, granted Supreme Court bail

Friday, November 27th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: Tonight, Russell Hyde Junior of Roaring Creek Village is out on Supreme Court bail granted to him this morning by Supreme Court judge, Denis S. Hanomansingh.ammuniation

Hyde and 18 year old Justin Giovanni Banner were jointly charged with the offense of keeping ammunition without being granted a gun license.

Allegations are that on November 4, 2015, both whilst at Sunview Hotel Room #5, on Morrison Avenue, Belmopan City, Cayo District, the pair kept two 9 mm live rounds of ammunition, Aquila brand and 1 GLF 9 mm live rounds of Lugar ammunition for which a gun license was not granted to them.

Hyde’s attorney, Senior Counsel Ellis Arnold was successful in getting his bail in the sum of $5,000 plus one surety of the same amount with conditions in which he was order to report to the Belmopan Police Station every Friday, effective next Friday, December 4, 2015 between the hours of 7:30 – 6:00 p.m., until his matter is concluded.

He was ordered to make sure he appears before the Belmopan Supreme Court on his next court adjournment date which is December 18, 2015. He must also surrender all his travelling documents.

Banner had gotten bail last week but just after he was able to post bail, he was rearrested and taken to Cayo where he was charged for the murder of Ivan Choc.
