By Chrisbert Garcia: Honduran national and resident of Bella Vista village in the Toledo District, 58-year-old Gumercindo Garcia was arrested and charged for the offense of “unlawful sexual assault”, after it was reported by a 9-year-old female and her mother, that he raped the child on Wednesday, October 28th 2015, in her Bella Vista home.
The girl told officers that she was at home with her brothers and sisters when a man she knows as Don Chindo, entered the house and went into her room where she was lying on a bed with her sleeping sisters, then raped her.
