Belize City restaurant to offer special sauce in market

Saturday, July 4^th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: Belize City residents are familiar with the fast food stand known as Fibbers on Cemetery Road. They sell a variety of fast foods for reasonable prices, but the real attraction over their 12 years in business has been their uniquely special sauce.

It is more than just a marinade or complement to the meal – it is an all-natural, no-frills addition that makes it excellent.

Now, the sauce is available in multiple markets as explained by co-owner Eloim Ellis, who tells us the glaze can be used like ketchup or barbecue sauce over your food, or to season or marinate it before cooking

Hortence Young says the demand has been high and so she and Ellis have bowed to customers’ demands and made the condiment available.

Fibbers Honey Glaze Sauce is available in original recipe or hot and spicy variety.
