By Chrisbert Garcia: Two missing persons have been reported near Belmopan City since Wednesday, January 6th, when the first incident was reported by 33-year-old Sonia Reyes who resides in the Valley of Peace village and told police that her 15-year-old daughter, Seily Jozeline Aguilar left home on that morning and had not returned.
Aguilar, a third form student at Belmopan Comprehensive High School, left home in her uniform at around 6:20 a.m. and is described by her mother to be 5 feet in height, slim built and weighs 110 pounds. She has long black hair and dimples as well.
Another incident was reported after a 24-year-old male went missing the following day, January 7th, this time from the San Martin area of Belmopan City. 22-year-old Daisy Sandoval told police that around 1:00 p.m., her common law husband, Yoni Mas, left their home and had not returned up until the time of her report.
Mas was last seen wearing a white shirt with a long black pants and brown shoes. He is described as having long black hair, being about 5 feet 5 inches in height and weighing 165 pounds.
Police investigations into the two disappearances are ongoing.
