By Chrisbert Garcia: Two friends were socializing in a San Pedro apartment on Saturday afternoon when an argument ensued and things spiraled out of control quickly, resulting in both men inflicting chop and stab wounds to each other, leaving one hospitalized and the other awaiting a post mortem at Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital’s (KHMH) morgue.
Police visited San Pedro Polyclinic around 1:11 p.m., where they saw the lifeless body of 35-year-old Sergio Giovanni Uribio, a resident of San Pedrito area, with large stab wounds to the left side of the neck and left arm.
Officers also saw 48-year-old Honduran national, Jose Alfredo Villeda, also of San Pedrito area, with his left wrist partially cut off, a portion of his left pinky finger chopped off, cut wounds to the left knee, right leg, lower left leg and right side of the face.

Villeda was air lifted to the KHMH for further medical treatment in a critical but stable condition and Uribio’s body was also transported there.
