By BBN Staff: An 18-year-old Succotz resident was arrested and charged for the offense of ‘drug 
trafficking’ on Saturday January 6, after being busted by Cayo Police with almost a half-pound of weed.
Officers on foot patrol along the village’s riverside, around 2:30 p.m., stopped and searched Owen Jimenez who was acting suspicious, finding 196.9 grams of weed in a plastic bag. He was then taken into police custody and charged accordingly.
