In an effort to build community relations on the peninsula, officers visited the home of two elderly men, visually impaired 67-year-old Martin Moreira and his brother, 69-year-old Paul Moreira, where along with members of the Seine Bight Village Council and students from St. Alphonsus Primary School, they did a cleanup of the yard Police cleaning up down Southand homes, as well as gifted the men a box of groceries.
