By Dalila Ical: Orange Walk Police are processing three persons detained after an operation 
conducted around 3:20 this afternoon led officers to the discovery and confiscation of several kilos of marijuana.
Authorities intercepted a gold Escalade at the Mameyal Curve located between San Jose Village and Orange Wlak Town, in which two persons were travelling.
The vehicle was taken to the police station where officers conducted a thorough search and found several packets of marijuana inside.
It is suspected that the drugs amount to some seven kilos but police are still processing the drug.
