By BBN Staff: Last night Belize City police visited the Karl Heusener Memorial Hospital, where 
Deshawn Young, 25, was seen suffering from gunshot wounds to his chest, neck and shoulder.
Initial investigation revealed that around 9:30 p.m., residents heard gunshots in the Antelope Street Extension area and police responded to find Young lying on the street.
He was transported to the hospital where his condition is described as critical. Police continue to investigate the incident.
