These are being held at the headquarters of the Organization of American States in the presence of its Secretary General, Luis Almagro.
Accompanying Elrington is Belize’s Ambassador to Guatemala, His Excellency Alexis Rosado; Belize’s ambassador to the OAS, His Excellency Pat Andrews, and BDF commander, Brigadier General David Jones.
On the Guatemalan delegation is Guatemala’s ambassador to Belize, his excellency Manuel Roldán Barillas and the military commander, Juan Manuel Perez.
Also present is Magdalena Talamás, the head of the OAS Peace Fund.
