University of Belize warns of fake post

By Zoila Palma Gonzalez: On July 11, 2024, the University of Belize informed that it has been notified of a fraudulent post by Best Service promoting free online courses and associating it with the University.

“We would like to clarify that there is no affiliation with the organization in question, and they are not authorized to represent or offer courses on behalf of our university. Upholding the trust of our UB community is paramount, and we are committed to ensuring accurate and pertinent information is readily accessible,” the University of Belize said.

UB advises students considering applying for online courses through the university to visit the official website at www.ub.edu.bz or contact the Admissions Office directly via WhatsApp at 635-9804.
