National U15 Football – Cayo’s Westline beat Tribal 4-2, advance to final

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Cayo’s Westline reached the Final of The National Youth Club U15 Boys Football Championship after winning their semifinal matches against Toledo’s Tribal .

San Ignacio’s Westline defeated Tribal 7-2 on aggregate after a 4-2 win on Sunday at the Victor Sanchez Union Field in Punta Gorda, following a 3-0 victory the previous week in Cayo. Marquis Bahadur scored a brace in the 22^nd and 58^th minutes, while Marlon Meza Jr. did the same in the 38^th and 40^th minutes to give Westline a convincing 4-2 victory on Sunday.

Lucio Tzib scored in the 27th minute for Tribal, and Benjamin Audinett netted their second goal in the 48th minute.

Westline will now face Progresso in the final on Saturday, September 14, at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan.
