By BBN Staff: Fire officials are combing the remains of a home on B Castle Street that was destroyed early this morning by fire.
Heather Foreman’s home became engulfed by fire around midnight. The 40-year-old’s neighbor informed officers that he heard dogs barking around 11:30 and shortly after he heard a loud bang and saw smoke coming from inside Foreman’s home. The fire quickly spread but no one was inside at the time.
The damages to the green cement bungalow house are yet to be ascertained. So far fire officials suspect the fire started from inside the living room where there was evidence of burnt clothing on the ground. Police continue to investigate the incident believed to be arson.
