By BBN Staff: Nathan Underwood, 38, a resident of Biscayne Village was murdered on Friday at around 10:30 at his place of business.
According to police, officers visited Mile 21 on the Philip Goldson Highway, Biscayne Village at Nate’s Cool Spot where they saw Underwood on the floor of the kitchen with multiple gunshot wounds to the back.
Initial investigations reveal that a lone perpetrator came from behind the building and fired several shots at Underwood through the window causing the fatal injuries.
His body has been transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where it awaits a postmortem examination.
Police are investigating.
