By BBN Staff: Wanted fugitive, Josue Ortiz, 19, was arraigned this morning in Belmopan’s Magistrate court where he was slapped with one count of murder and was remanded to the Belize Central Prison.
Ortiz, is the main suspect in the death of Regina Williams who was discovered partially nude in front of her home in Las Flores Area on Monday morning by her 12-year-old daughter.
Ortiz is scheduled to return to court on the 25th of October.
