Monday, July 20th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: Thirty-one year old Hugh Dyer, a laborer of Foster Drive, Hattieville, was charged with the murder of Steve Munnings when he appeared today before Magistrate Ladonna John.
Dyer was remanded into custody until October 20.
