By BBN Staff: PUP supporters are currently gathering at the footsteps of the National Assembly in Belmopan to support the party’s Senators as they attempt to introduce a motion to open a Senate special select committee investigation into the passport scandals reported by the Auditor General.
They are also requesting that GOB sign the UN Anti-Corruption Convention.
Police officers have been deployed to the area to provide safety and security to everyone. A reliable source has informed BBN that the riot team is on standby and will be called in if necessary.
