Wednesday, July 22nd, 2015. Orange Walk Bureau Reporting: This summer, the Belize camping Experience has moved back to Orange Walk Town for the second consecutive year. The camp seeks to provide a positive outlet and share the word of God with the youths from this municipality.
Since Tuesday, twelve camp facilitators had their hands full by catering to over 175 children in one day. The kids are engaged in bible lessons as well as activities on the playground.
Harvest for Kids is an initiative founded back in 2011 by the Belize Camping Experience and sees farmers working along with the organization and a large number of City kids to plant and harvest a crop.
Camps are currently being held in Orange Walk Town, Belize City and will culminate in Hattieville in two weeks.
