Belize’s banking system revolutionized

Grant has already began to revolutionize the country’s banking system with the introduction of an Automated Payment and Securities Settlement System.

However, the Central Bank is not doing this alone and is joined by a local community of banks in an effort to truly improve the efficiency of cash and check payments in a safe and reliable way.

This automated system will see the connection of all the country’s major banks.

While this remains a revolutionary and bold step, there is still  more to come as efforts are being made for Belize to effectively and efficiently make payments in Caribbean and Central American countries.
