By BBN Staff: A man accused of viciously beating a 93-year-old man almost a year ago is again in trouble with the law.
This time Chester Noralez, 36, is accused of sexually assaulting and using insulting words towards a Sadie Vernon student last week.
According to police reports, the student, 17, was at a shop on Mahogany Street when Noralez forcibly hugged her and then allegedly squeezed her buttocks.
When the teen pushed him away and said she did not know him, Noralez reportedly told her he was from PIV.
The student told the self proclaimed PIV man that she would report him to the police and that was when he got enraged and called her derogatory names.
Magistrate Carlon Mendoza offered Noralez bail of $3,000 plus one surety of the same amount which he was able to meet.
He is scheduled to return to court on January 30, 2017.
