By BBN Staff: The Acting Solicitor General is preparing to file a claim against attorney Shaton Pitts and son of former Cabinet minister, Andre Vega.
On November 4 the Government of Belize had written the duo requesting that they return the $400,000 they had each received as a result of compensation for questionable land transactions.
Reports are that Pitts had responded promising further comment on December 1. However to date no other response has been forth coming.
On the other hand, Vega has not responded at all.
