By BBN Staff: Southside police have made an arrest in the murder of 19-year-old David Andrews.
Police believe that Frank Young, 19, also known as “John John” was the man who got off the back of a motorcycle and gunned down Andrews last Friday.
Information to BBN is that the deceased was helping his mother at her food stand when he got a phone call from a friend asking him to deliver a beer.
However, before he could deliver that beer he was murdered.
