By BBN Staff: According to police, 45-year-old Carlos Canelo, a bus driver of Corozal Town reported that on Sunday at 8:20 p.m., he and his coworker Shamir Sanker arrived at 6th Street South, Corozal Town.
The men reportedly parked their Valencia Bus in front of the address
when they were then approached by a man who pointed a gun at him and and demanded the purse which contained about $860. The thief then made good his escape. Police have since detained two men, however; no charges have been levied against them as yet.The police investigation continues.
