By BBN Staff: According to police reports, yesterday evening around 4:24, police conducted a search in an overgrown lot on Mopan Street, Belize City which led to the discovery of a red plastic bag containing 400 grams of cannabis.
No one was found in the area and the drugs were deposited as “Found Property”.
In a separate search conducted among the mangroves behind the Set Site area, Belize City police discovered two small white plastic buckets containing a total of 1,531 grams or nearly three-and-a half-pounds of cannabis.
