Friday, September 25, 2015. BMG: Belize City police are preparing to charge Kenrick Alston Bowman, a 
registered sex offender in the state of California who has been living in the Lake Independence Area of the City for at least two years.
Reports are that on Saturday night, an alert neighbor told police he heard distressed screams from the house and later saw a disoriented young boy walking from the house. He claims the boy told him he had performed oral sex for two packs of Ramen noodles.
Neighbors say they have observed many young boys in and out of Bowman’s home in Lake I.
Police and Social services are carrying out the investigation into this disturbing report.
