Monday, November 30th, 2015. Aaron Humes Reporting: Thirty- three year old Nayef Agha, a self-employed of 5655 Gentle Avenue, became an inmate of Belize Central Prison today when he was arraigned by Magistrate Carlon Mendoza on charges of kept firearm and ammunition without a gun license.
Agha pled not guilty to the charges. He was remanded into custody until December 30. Around 6 p.m. on Friday, November 27, police, members of the GSU, went to Agha’s residence and executed a search. The search resulted in the discovery of one .22 pistol with 1 round of .22 ammunition in its magazine.
