Monday, July 6th, 2015. BMG: Weather conditions for the Country over the next few days are expected to remain fair.
The National Meteorological Service of Belize is predicting sunny skies with cloudy spells today and partly cloudy skies tonight. Thunderstorms or showers will be isolated. The forecast for the rest of the week are likely to remain the same.
Winds will blow to the East at 10 to 20 knots with occasional higher gusts. The sea state, moderate to rough and small craft caution is in effect.
High temperatures today are expected around 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 93 degrees Fahrenheit inland and a comfortable 81 degrees Fahrenheit up at the exposed areas of the Mountain Pine Ridge and along the Maya Mountains in the south.
A high tide is expected at 1:00 pm and a low tide this evening at 7:43 pm. The Sun will set at 6:32 pm.
The extended forecast until Tuesday night is for mainly fair weather with only isolated showers or thunderstorms developing.
