By Aaron Humes: CEO in the Ministry of Human Development Judith Alpuche has confirmed that one worker at the Youth Hostel on the George Price Highway was fired and others face discipline 
following the deaths of three teenage girls last November in a fire at the facility.
A report commissioned by the Ministry following an investigation by Margaret Nicholas and Florence Dillett has been delayed for public release, while these hearings are ongoing, to avoid violation of due process.
