By BBN Staff: The Ladyville Police Strike Team conducted searches in that village on Saturday afternoon which resulted in the discovery of a gun and ammunition.
While searching an abandoned lot in the Japan area around 2:00 p.m., officers found a black plastic bag containing a Ruger P95 handgun with a magazine containing four live rounds.
The gun and ammo were labelled as ‘found property’ since no one was found in the immediate area at the time.
