By Dalila Ical: A security Guard was stabbed while he attempted to stop a robbery in the Corozal Commercial Free Zone. 
That is what reliable information has pointed out to BBN but there has not been any official word on the incident from Corozal Police. Our attempts to speak to officials from the Free Zone have been futile as we were told that no comment will be made on the matter.
BBN understands that a security guard radioed for assistance after seeing that two persons were behaving suspiciously behind Target. While there, the men approached the security guard and another two joined in to restrain him. During the ordeal, the security officer was stabbed to his left shoulder.
BBN has been unable to get comment from the Corozal Police but we will keep following the story.
