Prime Minister Departs for Presidential Inauguration in El Salvador

The Office of the Prime Minister informs that Prime Minister Hon. John Briceño departed the country today for San Salvador, El Salvador. On June 1, the Prime Minister will attend the Presidential Inauguration for H.E. Nayib Bukele, President-Elect of the Republic of El Salvador.

The Prime Minister will return to Belize on June 3. During his absence, Hon. Cordel Hyde, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Natural Resources, Petroleum and Mining, will hold over as Prime Minister.
