New PUP Toledo East Standard Bearer Osmond Martinez thanks voters

Martinez won in a landslide victory and has since expressed gratitude to supporters.

“I am deeply honored by the confidence placed in me by you the voters of Toledo East. Our victory is a testament to our unity and determination. Now, our focus shifts to the by-election next month.
