Trial Farm holds 3K, 5K Run on July 13 to raise funds for village community sign

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Trial Farm Village in Orange Walk is holding the Sign of Hope 3K and 5K Fundraiser on Saturday, July13, for a village sign that announces the name of the village to visitors and people who pass through the village.

“We’re excited to invite you to our upcoming 3K and 5K run organized as a fundraiser to construct our long overdue COMMUNITY SIGN in our home, Trial Farm Village,” organizer Glenn Tillett posted on social media.

“Whether you’re an experienced runner or just looking to have some fun and stay active, this event is perfect for everyone. Bring your friends, family, and enthusiasm for a great time!

“Together, we can finally construct our beautiful welcome sign and make Trial Farm even more welcoming!

“Can’t join the run but still want to support our cause? We’re also accepting donations towards the community welcome sign project. Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a significant difference!”

The race is set to start at 6:00 am at the Trial Farn Village Park.

Tillett said all registered participants will receive a race bib, a finisher medal, and post-race refreshments.

Runners may register at Total Time Belize.
