Two men reported shot on Northside Belize City

By Aaron Humes: Earlier this morning there was a reported shooting incident on the Northside of Belize City.

At about 1:50 a.m., Police visited the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital where they observed 52-year-old Earl Parks of Park Street and 53-year-old Jeffrey Smith of Wagners Lane, Belize City with gunshot injuries.

Five minutes earlier, Parks, Smith and one “Dally Wade” were riding on Hyde’s Lane, Belize City, when upon passing Frederick Alley several shots were fired in their direction injuring Parks and Smith.

Both men are listed in a stable condition. Police investigations are underway.
