By Aaron Humes: Police have formally arrested and charged 21-year-old Allen Karson Coye, a Belizean Construction Worker of Cayo District, for the crime of manslaughter.
Coye is accused in the death of Belhelm Guzman, 58, whose decomposed body was found on Sunday, September 8.
Guzman’s lifeless body was found, bound with an extension cord and bearing multiple chop wounds to the neck. His hands and feet were tied.
