By Horace Palacio: The Rude Boy Ultra Fest delivered an unforgettable night of music and entertainment in San Ignacio Town on Friday night but not everyone left with the same high spirits. As concertgoers enjoyed the beats and lively atmosphere, many were met with an unpleasant surprise after the show — slashed tires.
The concert, which drew a large crowd was praised for its energy and performances. However, the aftermath revealed a different story for several attendees. As the music faded and the crowds dispersed, numerous vehicles were found with punctured tires, leaving some concertgoers stranded and struggling to find a way home.
Authorities received multiple reports of tire vandalism, with victims expressing frustration over the lack of security in the parking areas. The damage left many concertgoers scrambling to change tires or arrange alternate transportation in the late hours of the night.
Though the Rude Boy Ultra Fest lived up to expectations with an epic night of entertainment, the unfortunate incidents underscored the need for enhanced security measures at major events to prevent such disruptions in the future.
