By Aaron Humes: There was a stabbing incident reported this afternoon in front of Heritage Bank on Albert Street.
Responding police found Jermaine Brian Buckley, 34, a messenger, with bleeding from the left side of his face and head where he had received multiple stab wounds.
Buckley stated to police that a fellow bank messenger whom he identified caused the said injuries and fled the area on a beach cruiser bicycle.
Jermaine Buckley was ferried to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital to receive medical treatment. A police investigation is underway.
