By BBN Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize is calling for mainly fair weather conditions that will prevail over most areas.
The 24-hour forecast is for sunny skies with a few cloudy spells today and cloudy at times tonight. Showers or thunderstorms will generally be isolated, except for a few more over the south this morning and tonight.
Winds will blow to the East at 5 to 15 knots with the sea state being light chop to choppy.
High temperatures are expected in the coast at 88 degrees Fahrenheit, inland at 93 degrees Fahrenheit and in the hills at 81 degrees Fahrenheit.
A low tide is expected at 1:07 this afternoon and a high tide at 7:28 p.m.
The Sun will rise at 5:22 a.m. on Friday and set tonight at 6:31.
The extended outlook for Friday to Friday night is for some cloudy spells with a few showers and thunderstorm mostly over the southern districts.
