carnal knowledge against him, by a 13 year old minor.
Acting Commissioner of Police Russell Blackett and Minister of National Security Honorable John Saldivar confirmed that an investigation is under way but had little more to say. Blackett reiterated that no one is above the law and the Police will do their utmost to follow the allegations.
Flowers himself has made no comment. We will keep following this story.
