By BBN Staff: Raymond Rivers, is scheduled to return to court again on Wednesday.
He appeared in court this morning to answer to charges of threatening words, which he allegedly made against Belize City Councilor, Philip Willoughby, last September.
His attorney Kareem Musa, however, argued that the charges were not properly brought against him.

Last week, ACP Chester Williams, sat with him to discuss threats he had reportedly made on Facebook sometime ago.
Last night he posted to Facebook: “Just got out the piss house. I was charge for telling a politicians ‘sign the anti-corruption convention'”.
