Noble was charged with one count of causing death by careless conduct, driving without due care and attention and failure to provide specimen to police. He is scheduled to return to court in February.
The accident happened after 8:00 on on December 24 as Noble drove his red Nissan pickup truck from the direction of Belize City to Hattieville. Myers was riding his bicycle in the same direction and was hit from back on by the pickup truck. He died on the scene and Noble was taken into police custody until his arraignment this morning.
