By BBN Staff: On Friday, police conducted a search in an abandoned area across from Cumberbatch Field on Caesar Ridge Road in Belize City which led to the discovery of 118 grams of cannabis and a black plastic bag containing a black smith and Wesson sw99 with no magazine and bearing serial number Saa9311.
No one was in the immediate area at the time of the search so the drugs and firearm were sealed and labeled as “found property”.
Police also visited an area behind a building on Handyside Street which led to the discovery of a black plastic bag containing 638 grams of Cannabis.
