By BBN Staff: Police have charged Henry Rudolph Harris, 23, with the murder of Clinton Frazer, 44, and the attempted murder of his brother, Michael Frazer, 33, which occurred last night in the Conch Shell Bay Area of Belize City.
Police are yet to reveal a motive but sources close to our media house are indicating that it is a continued gang rivalry.
Frazer is the second person to be killed from this area since the start of the year.
