Sunday, August 23, 2015. BMG: On Friday, we broke the news on the female body discovered in San Ignacio Town.
Today, an official police report from the San Ignacio Police formation has been issued with the details surrounding this unfortunate incident.
According to officials of that formation, around 1:05 pm they responded to a call on #54 Thornily Street in that municipality. Officials upon arrival, they saw the lifeless body of a Hispanic female completely nude lying on the bed inside of a room.
The body was identified to be that of Erminia Alicia Canto a 33yrs Belizean Teacher. No sign of violence was observed and foul play is not suspected.
The body awaits a post mortem examination while investigation continues.
