Fortunately, neither medical personnel nor patients suffered harm during the intrusion by criminal elements while the medical professionals were treating a patient.

Immediate measures have been implemented, with directives issued to intensify efforts in apprehending those involved in the assault on the facility and its staff, along with any affiliated gang members operating in San Ignacio and Santa Elena.
