G-Flow’s Eric Trapp claims Under 23 National Individual Time Trial Cycling Championship

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Eric Trapp of the G-Flow Cycling Team captured the top spot in the 10-mile National Under 23 Individual Time Trial Championship held on Sunday on the John Smith Road by the Cycling Federation of Belize (CFB).

Trapp clocked 21 minutes and 36 seconds (21:36) winning over teammates Jyven Gonzalez (21:54), Goran Gabourel (22:01), who were second and third respectively.

G-Flow swept the Top Five as Derrick Chavarria (22:03) rode in fourth and Leon Leslie (23:16) finished fifth.

The 90-mile U23 National Individual Road Race Cycling Championship will be held on Sunday, June 30.
